I Am Always Fighting For You

The Lord is saying:  My loves, My children, I Am here, and I Am with you.  Each of you possess great power through Me that you are to use for My purposes and not your own.  The power I have given you is from Me, that I may fight your battles for you.  This seems to be an oxymoron, but the power I give you is in your resolve to follow Me and Me alone in your battles.  The worldly use their own power to enrich self in many ways, but I have given you power to hear from Me, to do My will and to carry you through to the end.  This requires the denial of self, which requires power on your part to remove self from the equation and let Me lead you.  Whenever you feel the need to take charge over some area of your lives, turn to Me first, that I lead you to the good and perfect end of that circumstance.  This will allow Me to be glorified in this, and you will have rest from the battle, as I Am always fighting for you in ways you cannot see.

James 4:1-12 (ESV) What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passions are at war within you? 2  You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask. 3  You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions. 4  You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5  Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in us”? 6  But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8  Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9  Be wretched and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10  Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you. 11  Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12  There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

You Are Of Great Worth To Me

The Lord is saying:  My loves, My children, I Am here, and I Am with each of you in ways you cannot understand.  But as you walk with Me you learn My will and My ways for your path, you come to understand that this is not about you as much as it is about you coming to Me for all things, even your eternal life.  I Am life, for I Am the Creator of life, and I chose to make you so that I could have an eternal family with Me in heaven.  I knew you before I created the earth and everything that is in it, because My plan from eternity past was to unfold as I have commanded, and you are part of this grand scheme called life.  You have a major part in this, for without you, My creation would be incomplete, so do not lessen your worth to Me by thinking that you are small and insignificant, for you are of GREAT worth to Me!  This is a mystery right now, but your faith in Me will carry you to the end, which is really the beginning of a glorious life in eternity.

Job 23:1-17 (ESV)  Then Job answered and said: 2  “Today also my complaint is bitter; my hand is heavy on account of my groaning. 3  Oh, that I knew where I might find him, that I might come even to his seat! 4  I would lay my case before him and fill my mouth with arguments. 5  I would know what he would answer me and understand what he would say to me. 6  Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? No; he would pay attention to me. 7  There an upright man could argue with him, and I would be acquitted forever by my judge. 8  “Behold, I go forward, but he is not there, and backward, but I do not perceive him; 9  on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him; he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him. 10  But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold. 11  My foot has held fast to his steps; I have kept his way and have not turned aside. 12  I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my portion of food. 13  But he is unchangeable, and who can turn him back? What he desires, that he does. 14  For he will complete what he appoints for me, and many such things are in his mind. 15  Therefore I am terrified at his presence; when I consider, I am in dread of him. 16  God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me; 17  yet I am not silenced because of the darkness, nor because thick darkness covers my face.

Nothing Is Impossible For Me

The Lord is saying:  My loves, My children, I Am here, and I Am with you through every moment of your lives.  You don’t feel Me in your lives at times because I Am teaching you to rely upon Me even when you can’t see, or hear, or feel Me with you.  These are times that I’m teaching you and strengthening you to withstand the enemy’s onslaughts against you. These times are difficult for you, but if you persevere to the end, you will receive great rewards, for only a small portion of My remnant are in this class.  So if you recognize these things in your lives it’s because I have chosen you for greater things.  And though you have no understanding or direction at the moment, you will receive a great breakthrough if you hold on.  You may even lose hope because things look so bleak, but I Am with you, and nothing is impossible for Me.

2 Cor 3:1-18 (ESV) Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or from you? 2  You yourselves are our letter of recommendation, written on our hearts, to be known and read by all. 3  And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.  4  Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God. 5  Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, 6  who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 7  Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses' face because of its glory, which was being brought to an end, 8  will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory? 9  For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation, the ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory. 10  Indeed, in this case, what once had glory has come to have no glory at all, because of the glory that surpasses it. 11  For if what was being brought to an end came with glory, much more will what is permanent have glory. 12  Since we have such a hope, we are very bold, 13  not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face so that the Israelites might not gaze at the outcome of what was being brought to an end. 14  But their minds were hardened. For to this day, when they read the old covenant, that same veil remains unlifted, because only through Christ is it taken away. 15  Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts. 16  But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. 17  Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18  And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
