What You Were Chosen To Do

The Lord is saying:  My loves, My children, I Am here, and I Am with you.  Seek love today, for it is with you even if you don’t feel it.  Love conquers all evils and is the defining characteristic of a child of Mine.  When you are near Me, there is love.  When you seek to be with those closest to you, there is love.  Love conquers all evils, for evil flees when love is exposed because love does not exist in the darkness, but in the light.  You may feel you are in the darkness due to your circumstances, but you shine brightly there, and you don’t even realize this.  My children radiate love because you are in Me, and I Am in you.  This closeness is what you were made for – to carry My banner in the earth that those who are entrapped in the darkness will have their eyes opened and see the light that you carry.  This is the first step of leading the lost to Me, and this is what you were chosen to do. 

 

Psalm 126:1-6 (ESV) A Song of Ascents. When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream. 2  Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” 3  The LORD has done great things for us; we are glad. 4  Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negeb! 5  Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! 6  He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him. 

Heaven Is The Prize

The Lord is saying:  My loves, I Am here, and I Am with you.  You seek many things in the earth, but they are elusive.  You long to have, but you never have all that you want.  You strive to get ahead, but your striving has left you weary.  These things are the ways of the earth.  These are the things that those who do not know Me do daily in order to fill the void within their hearts.  This is vanity – chasing after the wind.  The only way you will find true peace and fulfillment is in Me.  And many who know Me still struggle with these things, trying to get in their own strength, only to be left exhausted and broken.  The enemy speaks in many ears, trying to keep My children in the place of want.  But today is a new day in the attitudes of those who have been striving, for when you cease striving, then I can move.  Heaven is the prize, and My Son is the path.  Keep these in view and the longings of your heart will be fulfilled. 

 

2 Tim 2:14-26 (ESV) Remind them of these things, and charge them before God not to quarrel about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers. 15  Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. 16  But avoid irreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness, 17  and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18  who have swerved from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already happened. They are upsetting the faith of some. 19  But God's firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.” 20  Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable. 21  Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work. 22  So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 23  Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. 24  And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25  correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 26  and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will. 

Even If I Told You

The Lord is saying:  My loves, I Am here, and I Am with you.  I have you in the palm of My mighty right hand and I will never forsake you.  Each of you are precious to Me and I see all that you do and all that you are withstanding.  It is not My will that you struggle in your daily routines, but that you would turn to Me that I help you.  I see when you seek Me, but the distractions of the world make it difficult to hear Me and this leads to your frustration. There is a place right where you are at this moment, where you can still your heart and your mind and allow Me to minister to your souls.  When you hear My still, small voice, you are then encouraged and edified in ways that make no sense in the natural.  When you hear what I have to tell you, do not hesitate to fulfill what I have said, for the path requires My direction.  Hold tight to Me because I Am about to do something in the earth that you wouldn’t believe even if I told you. 

 

Eph 2:1-10 (ESV) And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 2  in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— 3  among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. 4  But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5  even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 6  and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7  so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8  For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9  not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
