You Have My Favor

The Lord is saying:  My loves, My children, I Am here and I Am with you.  Listen closely, for I have a word for you today.  My Word is true, and all I say is true, but there is an enemy of your soul who seeks to destroy you because of your dedication to Me.  But fear not, for I have legions of angels to watch over you.  Fear should not be part of your day, except for the holy, reverent fear of your Creator.  I Am not just a small, almost mythical being that is to be kept in a box and wielded only when you are in distress.  I Am the Creator of all things, both seen and unseen.  My ways are so much higher than your ways, and My thoughts are higher than your thoughts.  I Am all powerful, all knowing, all seeing and all loving.  And My wrath is reserved for those who are against Me and who seeks to destroy you, My children.  You will begin to see Me for who I Am as I reveal Myself to you in greater ways.  And you will come to deeper understanding, and this understanding will carry you into the works that I have prepared for each of you to do.  Rejoice, My loves, for you have My favor.

Psalm 43:1-5 (ESV) Vindicate me, O God, and defend my cause against an ungodly people, from the deceitful and unjust man deliver me! 2  For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? 3  Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling! 4  Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy, and I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God. 5  Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

In Maturity I Can Be Seen

The Lord is saying:  I Am with you, and I want you to come to Me with all of your struggles and all of your hurt that I may minister to you and ease your pain.  Life in the earth is not supposed to be all joy, because it is difficult to grow unless the soil is turned.  In order for you to be what I have envisioned, you must go through times of testing, with challenges that stretch you in ways you haven’t imagined.  And when you are tested, you become more resilient, and then you are able to withstand more, and you mature in the depths of your souls.  It is then that you are ready to engage the enemy in this war for lost souls, and if you are still in infancy, then you require more help than those who are on the path of destruction.  Yes, I Am with you always, but that doesn’t mean that “always” will be joyful.  Consider your own lives, and the state of your heart, and recognize the dedication of others that helped you mature to where you are now.  As long as you draw breath in the earth, you will both need help and be help for another who looks to you as an elder.  I see and will reward you abundantly for your sacrifices that lead to maturity, for in maturity, I can be seen.

Joshua 1:1-9 (ESV) After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' assistant, 2  “Moses my servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land that I am giving to them, to the people of Israel. 3  Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given to you, just as I promised to Moses. 4  From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun shall be your territory. 5  No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you. 6  Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them. 7  Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go. 8  This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
