The Lord is saying: I Am here, and I Am with you. I will never leave you nor forsake you. Each day I hold you in My hand, and in My palms your name is written so each of you have a special place in My heart. When things become difficult for you during your day, I see. When you are injured physically and you struggle to do even basic tasks, I see. When you are sick and cannot get out of bed, I see. Each time you have a physical challenge, I see, because during these times I Am calling you to quiet your hearts and turn fully to Me in your pains, and I will help you. Everything has a purpose, and I know that when unexpected challenges come to you, it can be disheartening. But stand firm, My children, in these times of sickness and injury, because I will help you and cause you to become stronger in time. Some of you have a disability, but this doesn’t define you, as your relationship with Me defines you as an overcomer. When the world sees you, they are inspired at your resolve, and this gives you opportunity to show them My love. So do not think you are worth less because of your circumstances, but instead you are an inspiration to many around you as they see you cling to Me. Hold fast, My loves, for My glory manifests through you.
James 5:7-12 (ESV) Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. 8 You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. 9 Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the door. 10 As an example of suffering and patience, brothers, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful. 12 But above all, my brothers, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or by any other oath, but let your “yes” be yes and your “no” be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation.
