The Lord is saying: I Am here, and I Am with you. I keep you close to Me so that you do not stray and get lost in the world. If you truly are Mine, then nothing can come between us, but you still have free will to do as you please. This is where your resolve to follow Me or follow self comes into play. I gave you free will because I want you to come to Me on your own and because you want to be with Me instead of somewhere else. This allows you to test what life without Me is like and then you see Me and are drawn to Me because I Am love and love is what you desire. True love, not the superficial love the enemy offers, for petty love is no love at all, but a trap to ensnare you from coming to Me. So, each moment of your day you have choices to make, either My way or your own way, and it pleases Me that you follow Me in all things. Remember, I Am a jealous God, not wanting you to be far from Me, and this jealousy that I have is not a selfish desire as you in the earth understand it, but My jealousy comes from My everlasting love for you and I don’t want to share you with anything. I want to be your everything as you are My everything. This is the love I desire for you and from you. Think on these things when you feel the pull of the enemy away from Me, and when you cry out to Me, I Am already there. Your voice crying out to Me is most pleasing, like Heavenly music to Me, so never stop.
Son 2:8-17 (ESV) The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes, leaping over the mountains, bounding over the hills. 9 My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag. Behold, there he stands behind our wall, gazing through the windows, looking through the lattice. 10 My beloved speaks and says to me: “Arise, my love, my beautiful one, and come away, 11 for behold, the winter is past; the rain is over and gone. 12 The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land. 13 The fig tree ripens its figs, and the vines are in blossom; they give forth fragrance. Arise, my love, my beautiful one, and come away. 14 O my dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the crannies of the cliff, let me see your face, let me hear your voice, for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely. 15 Catch the foxes for us, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards, for our vineyards are in blossom.” 16 My beloved is mine, and I am his; he grazes among the lilies. 17 Until the day breathes and the shadows flee, turn, my beloved, be like a gazelle or a young stag on cleft mountains.
