The Lord is saying: I Am here, and I Am with you. In Me you have abundant life. In Me you have wisdom. In Me you have love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. These are the mark of My children, and when you have Me, then you have these fruit of the Spirit al well. This is not to say that you possess one of the fruit but not another, for you possess all at the same time. This is not something that happens all at once, but over time these fruits emerge in your lives, and those closest to you will notice this change in you. This change comes from deep within and when it comes out it cannot be denied. Who in the world has true joy, true peace, true patience, true kindness, all of which comes from true love? But love is the greatest mark of a child of Mine, and the world will know you are Mine by this one mark – LOVE! I give you My love, not as the world gives, for the love of the world is first self-serving by default. But My love is self-sacrificing as it puts others ahead of self. My loves, look for ways to display My love to others today as I show My love to you. It has always been about My love.
Galatians 5:16-26 (ESV) But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
