The Lord is saying: I Am here, and I Am with you. Though you sometimes don’t feel that I Am near to you, I Am always closer than a brother. I want to encourage you today by showing you what is near at hand in the lives of My children. I see your faithfulness in your daily walk with Me and I want you to know that your future holds amazing things yet to be realized. What once was treacherous and heavy will now become easy and light as I lift you from your valleys and set you on the mountaintop. From this vantage point you will see how far the world has fallen from Me as the whole creation groans under the weight of sin and itself seek to be freed from this oppression. But this earth is soon to pass away with a great noise and will be remade and good like the Garden before the fall of man. This will usher in the Kingdom of My Son, Jesus, as He takes His place on the throne and rules with an iron rod. And you, My little ones, will be given much to do according to your faithfulness in Me, as you are an extension of My Son’s rule wherever you are sent. This is the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ, and you will see it and be glad. So, when you feel like giving up, remember that your future is grand in Me, and joy will be multiplied many times over.
Revelation 20:1-6 (ESV) Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. 2 And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3 and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while. 4 Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.
